@andrewrk@mastodon.social I don't think anyone suggested git-bug yet, I believe it's what you're looking for: store bugs in a decentralised manner (Git itself), works in TUI, synchronises with a central forge when you want to. There is a WIP PR for sync with Forgejo.

I actually tried it in my first Zig project, and it survived migration across a few hosting services. You can still find the bug I wrote this way if you clone https://codeberg.org/Maarrk/dedupiacz and run git-bug pull; git-bug bug
